One address, read by a person: [email protected]. We answer on weekdays, usually within two.

What we can help with

• A card that shows the wrong age, contents or photo
• A set we have missed that belongs on one of the shelves
• A broken link or a page that will not load
• Press and permissions

What we cannot help with

• Order status, delivery dates and refunds — those live with the partner store that took your payment
• Replacement parts and warranty claims, which the manufacturer handles directly
